Atarashi originated as Pittsburgh's create-your-own Asian dining experience in 2012. Over the next (almost) fifteen years, we have adapted in a dynamic industry but have never changed our foundation - you!


"Atarashi" means new, fresh, and up-to-date. We live that meaning every day by pairing quality ingredients with a fun, customizable menu. And, yes, we know our name is misspelled and only has one "i"! That's just how we roll!
